Kristoffer Olsen, Founding Partner
Mr Olsen has a background in strategic consulting (McKinsey Co.) and
fashion. Between 1992 and 1998 he was the CFO and later the CEO of
Scandinavian Retail Group ASA / Voice of Europe. Mr Olsen holds a BA from
the Wharton School as well as a MBA from INSEAD.

Hans Kristian Melbye, Founding Partner
Mr Melbye started his career as an auditor, working for seven years with
Coopers & Lybrand. In 1992 he joined the fashion retailer Voice of Europe, first
as Controller and then as Managing Director. Mr Melbye holds a BA from the
Norwegian School of Management.

Bjørn Leiknes, Partner/CFO
Mr Leiknes joined Jotunfjell Partners in 2016 following a 23 year career with
PWC where he was partner since 2002. His main responsibilities are within
M&A activities and oversight over the financial functions of portfolio
companies. Mr. Leiknes holds a degree in finance and business organization
from Heriot-Watt University and a master degree in auditing from the
Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Thor Hauge, Associate Partner
Mr Hauge has extensive experience from retail chains, brand building and
conceptual design. He has been CEO of a Norwegian retail chain for almost
twenty years, and was co-founder of Travel Retail Norway. In these positions he
has completed several new estabalishments and acquisitions within retail. Mr
Hauge has his education from market ecomics at IFM.

Thomas A. Kielland, Associate Partner
Mr. Kielland has experience from commercial banking and project financing,
and has for the past 14 years worked as a management consultant for various
industries. Mr. Kielland has a degree in finance and business administration
from Boston University.
